Upon checking your order history, we noticed that the dimensions of the uploaded design file did not cover the full printable area of our wrap-around pen, which is why the background/color was not present across the entire barrel. When creating future projects, we recommend extending your artwork all the way to the edges of the designated design area and utilizing our full product preview tool to verify how the layout will appear once printed.
