Picture not centered
22 sept. 2026 | Yishai D. | Israel
Hi,
We received the chargers and were disappointed to find that the logo and image are not centered on the chargers. Unfortunately, the final product does not meet the quality we expected or approved.
We would therefore like to request a full refund for this order.
We’ve been a happy customer and have ordered from you in the US before without any issues. This was our first experience ordering through the UK, so it’s particularly disappointing that the order arrived this way.
Please let us know how we can proceed with the refund.
Réponse du Service client VistaPrint :
We’re truly sorry to hear that the logo and image on your chargers were not centered as expected, and we understand how disappointing this must be, especially as you’ve previously had positive experiences with VistaPrint. We sincerely regret that this order did not meet the quality you expected or approved. We’d like the opportunity to review this further and assist with the appropriate resolution. Please respond with a photo of the chargers you received, so we can investigate the issue and determine the best way forward regarding your refund request.
