The messenger bag itself is acceptable/basic except the main strap is held on with a flimsy plastic clip so not sure how long it will last. My main gripe is the embroidery (of company branding) as it is not what I asked for and not even the right colours. I tried on several occasions to speak with someone to clarify what was happening following several emails that weren't clear and very contradictory only to be informed (on several occasions) that there was no issue with the embroidery on the bag only another product on the same order. Clearly, upon receipt today (of a box that had been pre-opened and officially resealed by Royal Mail) I was right - there had been an issue and now I am going to have to walk around with it being incorrect (not a good look for a Brand) as obviously it is no use to anyone else even if I were able to return it. Therefore, I'm disappointed!
