This process detail is disclosed directly on the product page to help set proper expectations regarding the texture and finish of the decoration. However, the branding peeling off as your delegates carried the bags is completely unacceptable and far below the quality standards we strive to deliver. We take your experience very seriously and want to make this right for you as quickly as possible. Could you please reply directly to this email with a few photos showing the peeling print on the bags, and also confirm the total number of affected backpacks in your order?
