Wanddecoratieposter

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your Wall Poster. While we are glad to know that you found the print quality itself to be really good, we sincerely apologize that the poster arrived torn in the middle and cannot be framed. We understand how essential it is to receive artwork in pristine condition, especially when you are excited to frame it and planning to order more. You absolutely deserve to have complete confidence that your items will arrive in optimal condition every single time. At VistaPrint, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and when your expectations are not met, we are committed to making it right. We are truly grateful for the photo of the product you provided as a reference. Because you did not mention any exterior damage to the packaging during delivery or transit, we believe this damage likely occurred during our packaging and handling process before leaving our facility. To help and ensure you receive the quality print you expected, we have already processed a replacement poster at no additional cost to you. You can track the progress and view the updated expected delivery date in your Order History here: https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/oh/ An email with full tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your replacement is dispatched. In the meantime, please feel free to keep or recycle the damaged poster you received. Rest assured, your feedback and photos have been forwarded directly to our production, packaging, and quality assurance teams for review and process improvement so we can prevent this from recurring. We hope you feel our genuine intention to help, and we look forward to restoring your trust and delivering a flawless, frame-ready print for your wall.
