When we put the order, our company logo was accepted, however, the changed the logo without our approval and despatched the order. On receipt we made a complaint and we were told that it will be reordered excetly as per our orginal order. yet again we received an email to say that the logo would be altered. When i mentioned that the same logo was emboridered on the baseball caps, I was told that there system was not update but not to worry they will set the correct log and send us the products.
Yet again our concerens were ignored and they has resent the products with the altered logo??!! Either tell us that it is not possible to embroider the logo so that we can go to another company!!
Very disappointed with your service.

We're sorry to hear that your logo was altered without your permission. Due to the embroidery guidelines we have for embroidered items such as these require slight adjustments to ensure good quality. We do see that you made contact with our customer care team, and they helped in the best way they could. For future orders of embroidered products, if an email is sent, and you're not agreeable to the changes, feel free to let us know, and we will not make any adjustments. We’ll ensure your feedback is passed on to the appropriate team for review.
