I collected the rulers from my hotel this afternoon and the magnifier section on them is scratched. This s a real shame and as we purchased to give to customers does not show the quality product message we are trying to purvey.

Every single ruler was scratched, especially on the magnifier.

Vienen todas las reglas rayadas. Donde és mas evidente es en las lupas, las cuales pierden toda funcionalidad. No sirven.

Le pedimos perdón por este fallo y agradecemos que nos haya adjuntado fotos. Las vamos a transferir al departamento de calidad. Como solución, le hemos vuelto a mandar las reglas. La nueva fecha de entrega será el 29 de diciembre. Esperamos que esta solución le sea de utilidad.
