I found Vistaprint through a Google search, and after looking at their work samples, I decided to place my order. More than anything, I was worried about their customer support. Before ordering, every time I asked a question, they answered patiently and very professionally. I placed my order through their platform. When it arrived, I wasn't very happy with the quality. I'm very particular about this, because I studied art myself and I know what good color and print quality look like. I was worried about what to do next, so I contacted support. They spoke with me so kindly that all my worries disappeared. Right away, without any unusual questions or complications, they reprinted the same order and sent it to me as quickly as possible. I was really satisfied. In my opinion, good quality isn't the only thing that matters. Good support is just as important: understanding and empathy when you're stressed. I will definitely recommend them. I also recommend uploading your design as a separate file instead of creating it on their platform. I think that's where my problem came from, because it lowered the quality. Everything was packed neatly and cleanly, and it arrived on time.
